I know you only get 4 characters slots...(1 should be pvp)

Lets say you make your PvP at the very biginning, are you able to TEST those pre-made builds, even if you don't have your skills yet?

Also, if you make your PvP Character, can you modify it later to however you like from whatever stuff you have? Basically, is 1 PvP Account able to make any Primary/Seoncary class combo with all the stuff from your RollPlay stuff.

Guess that's my one main question. 1 PvP for any type of build you wana make...

Yep. You can only use skills the pre-made builds come with; if you wanna add more, you have to learn them in pve. You can also make a custom pve build which is basically a level 20 with all attribute points free, and you can add skills you'ved unlocked to it as you wish.
